“I purchased my first WAV via Fleximobility. From first contact to when the WAV was delivered was exceptional. Initial appointment with Radu was excellent, he took the time to listen to what we thought we needed and demonstrated how the ramp/winch etc worked, but also made a few suggestions when we were not sure of what to go for due to my limitations – there was no pressured sales, just a nice service with a customer in mind. He even made some adaptions to the existing adaptations to make things much easier for me (and my husband). Karen in Admin is lovely to deal; very attentive, and always polite and always gets back to you promptly.
Barry, the Owner, bought the vehicle down to us, went through things thoroughly with us, and made sure that I was happy.
