“Following the purchase last May (thank you Barry) of a Peugeot Drifter WA van, I telephoned Fleximobility last Thursday regarding a problem I was having with releasing front holding straps. Radu discussed my problem and – very kindly – offered to drive to my house (50 miles away) the following morning to assist, but with his experience thought that I may be incorrectly positioning the wheelchair when disembarking and was still keen to come and help, but I asked to try this before he came out. Result – after trying his solution, he was correct and problem solved. A very impressive after care service from this company, well done.”
