Initial appointment with Radu was excellent, he took the time to listen to what we thought we needed and demonstrated how the ramp/winch etc worked, but also made a few suggestions when we were not sure of what to go for due to my limitations – there was no pressured sales, just a nice service with a customer in mind. He even made some adaptions to the existing adaptations to make things much easier for me (and my husband). With no hesitation a price was offered and an appointment booked to take it in for the 10th February 2025 (7 days later). Radu is super polite and a very honourable person. A great asset in the type of vehicles he sells, (and buys back)! Thank you Fleximobility & Radu .

Radu discussed my problem and – very kindly – offered to drive to my house (50 miles away) the following morning to assist, but with his experience thought that I may be incorrectly positioning the wheelchair when disembarking and was still keen to come and help, but I asked to try this before he came out.
